huge glacial wall....

The "groaning" and cracking could be heard from this glacier terminal. Everything is so quiet without planes, traffic, or towns. While we were in this area, the glacier calved in several places creating a large wake. This area is South of the Antarctic Circle, below 66 degrees latitude.
