Microblade

Found in a garden on the banks of the river Yare not far from the University of East Anglia in a vegetable patch which now boasts marrows. Here the microblade is displayed for scale on the same patch's marrow flower. The pressure flaking marks can be seen down the edge. Many mesolithic and neolithic flint artefacts have been found around the river in the Norwich area, so it is not a surprise to have found this in my parents garden.
