Ukraine: From Heart to Heart

Personal tragedy inspired Natalia (picutred) to set up the ‘From Heart to Heart’ organisation, which includes a community centre for injecting drug users and people living with HIV, in Cherkassy, Ukraine.

 

It is largely funded by Alliance Ukraine and the All-Ukranian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS.
