In 1972 Home Building Plan Services of Portland Oregon released a book of 100 home plans targeted at the vast numbers of Portlanders who face the challenge of building on a "sloping lot". The Skelton family ranch, nestled in the SW hills of Portland, is built on a predominant sloping hill, so I was especially excited to see this book.
Unfortunately, no credit is given to the artist who created the wonderful watercolor illustrations of the floor plans.
Note: not pictured in this set are the blueprints and text that accompanied each floor plan.
