‘Rock Houses’…….
……It was a while after starting to edit this shot before I realised it was taken on my phone! I’d forgotten how good they are now - note to self, use it more often! Press Z or click on image to zoom in - Here you can see three of the Rock Houses, these are in an elevated position looking out from Kinver Edge which is is a 250-million-year-old sandstone escarpment on the border between Worcestershire and Staffordshire, they were occupied for around 200 years and housed up to 11 families with the last to leave in about 1960! They are now looked after by the National Trust - see 1st comment box for an inside view…..
