I've been tagged!
I was tagged by two people today, VeroStudio and La Pierle. So here goes!
1. First of all, the reason I got tagged twice is because I am so damn slow. I work long and hard during my regular job, then I come home and work on the fun stuff. I'm pooped! >_<
2. I'm maybe a shade lighter than this little adorable elf. I love my skin. Its weird though. I was wrestling with my bf today and his stubble made my face welt up all over. But the welts went away after 20 minutes. I've never had acne. Pimples last for a few hours only. But man my skin is sensitive!
3. I've begun customizing dolls, and I'm really loving it. I feel I'm getting better and better every time. I painted this little one in the pic. :^)
4. I can't stand purists.
5. I worry that I sound like a purist myself making that statement! O__o
6. I used to be a vegetarian for 2 years. It was incredibly unhealthy for me. I love animals, but I love to eat meat too and I see absolutely no conflict between the two. I enjoy vegetarian food to this day, but I kinda get annoyed when folks get preachy about it. And how come I always gotta accommodate my vegetarian cousin when she comes over for dinner, but she never fries up a few strips of bacon for me when I come over. :^(
7. I speak spanish fluently. I took japanese for a few years in highschool and college. I suck at it though.
8. I have two siamese cats that I absolutely adore. They're total opposites, yet their mannerisms are so alike at times. And yes, they are very chatty, noisy, rambunctious and attention whores too!
9. I don't own an ipod... hehe, I don't even own an mp3 player aside from the one in my phone. And I love music. My car came with an adapter for mp3 players built in and I've never used it in 2 years.
10. Speaking of music, I love the Beatles.
11. I read everything I can, but mostly sci-fi and fantasy. I read the twilight series (the whole set) in about 2 weeks. And I'll admit it, I cried at certain parts!
12. I love old movies, film noir, 50's technicolor kitsch. The plots were cool. The actors were genuine. And the FASHION!!!
13. I love my city, Chicago. But I long to move somewhere tropical. Its friggin COLD outside!
14. I have another stream for my 'regular' photography and very few people over there "get" the doll thing. Thats why I created this account, so me and my doll friends can enjoy our dolls in peace. I think I've got some cool stuff in the other stream though: www.flickr.com/photos/8047442@N06/
15. I can't stand peanut butter, but I love Nutter Butters and Reece's Cups.
