Casco Veijo is a beautiful neighborhood, but it still has some vesitges of its recent status as a decrepit slum. The question will be: "As the Panamanian Govt. cleans up the area and makes its most historic district into a tourist attraction again, how will it reconcile itself with the residents who've lived there and kept it alive all these years??
