Mini Meatloaf 1

Assemble the ingredients:

 

4Tbs brown sugar, packed

1 c ketchup

2 eggs

1 c Bisquick

1 med onion, finely chopped (1/2 c)

2-3 lb ground meat (can use all beef or a blend of beef and pork, turkey, veal, or lamb)

Worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper

 

Mix brown sugar with ketchup. Reserve 1/2 c for topping.
