"Right as Rain"
An old English saying expressing the notion that all things are correct. And, that things are as they should be. I had trouble with the title for this unusual weather situation, because it was so very dramatic and intense.
But then it occurred to me that all was as it should be. It often rains on this coast, and we remain in need of it. Perhaps indicating a normalcy in such a dramatic event, brings humour to the scene.
