Tofino
When we arrived in Tofino, the weather was poor, the sky was cloudy and it was raining. If you're looking for a suntan, then you are out of luck. However, if you are a photographer, atmosphere pervades. I decided that my work here would be about the beach, and the focus of my attention would be with respect to shape, texture and form.
Prepared for the rain, it was necessary to continually clean my lens of raindrops. Even more challenging was the mist that permeated the air. Best of all, considering the fowl weather, there were few people. This in turn expanded the available opportunities on the landscape. (seascape)
