Exclusivity

One of the many new condominiums in downtown Calgary shows this rather exclusive balcony. And, with a view of the condo right across the street, same as the one's to the right, one has to wonder, why?

I love how the sole balcony throws the shot out of balance and brings tension to the image, hence a sense of "Exclusivity."
