DCMT Pencil Sharpener C
Diecast car pencil sharpener.
I have it on good authority that these are based on a Wolseley and were almost certainly made by DCMT. I have seen them illustrated in an advert for Bailey's Agencies Ltd published in 'Games & Toys' July 1948 which gives a length of 3.25 inches.
I already had two of these, both possibly repainted, and both had lost their tops. However, one of those is the (assumed later) version with plastic wheels: www.flickr.com/photos/adrianz-toyz/52267774725
The linked photo also shows a German item which may have been the inspiration for this one.
