HOW IS THIS ART CREATED? The original photo before filter art conversion was "a sunset on blue-green water with reflection applied" then spiralled and motion filtered using Twirl Art methods in Photoshop. You can see some of the colors in this image. (one of these days I will complete a video on this method and put it on You Tube. Please any comments!).
