New V3xx

I got my V3xx several days ago but it has a slight problem. A few times it has locked up while I was browsing the internet. Also, the keypad doesn't seem to be glued together properly. If you push on the middle keys there is a little gap under it.

 

I called Cingular Telesales yesterday and they said they would ship me out a new phone. It arrived today! I can then just ship the old one back using the pre-paid shipping label.
