Manual Labour :)

So begins a series of photos, from the Pentacon series of lenses, for this one i have used a 50mm prime. Now the fun with these lenses is unlike control of focus with modern motorised lens systems, here we have control over aperture, so there is a manual / auto mode for aperture control (like regular screw mount lenses).

 

I am currently using these lenses on Sony Alpha with M42 adapter. The crux is that Auto aperture does not work, but i am enjoying using it in manual mode.

 

So this shot is hand held, with manual aperture control.
