Constitution Cow
This is Constance, the Constitution Cow. She was a member of CowParade Harrisburg 2004 a public art exhibition of fiberglass cows transformed by artists into pieces of art. Constance was hand painted with the lettering, signatures and text of the U.S. Constitution by Philadelphia artist Mari Hoggs. In 2004 she moved to Philadelphia and found her place in the National Constitution Center where I found her on our visit on 08APR2007. (BTW this concludes that Easter trip 2007.
