Zaandam Blues (explored)

This must be the most photographed hotel in the Netherlands. Its quirky architecture makes it quite the eye-catcher. It looks like a big pile of the local houses with their typical wooden green façades. The result is quite controversial, some love it, some hate it. For me it felt a bit like Disneyland as the surrounding buildings have been made in a similar way.
