Sunset in Northern Sweden

This is one of those photo moments that I never planned for, but simply appeared to me. I was driving south along the Swedish Innlandsvägen, many kilometers from Karesuando to Östersund. The landscape is a mix of forests and open spaces, and at times actually quite boring, that is, right until this Sunset moment, when mist started appearing on the snow covered fields and some beautiful colours appeared in the sky filtering through those low lying foggy layers.
