Banksy in New Orleans

Just found out this is a Banksy work, done exactly one year before we stumbled upon it. Apparently he was there on the 3rd anniversary of Katrina and did a dozen or so works, most of which have been destroyed. Also, these remaining works have increased the values on the homes by somewhere over $70,000
