It was a pleasure to have Delta Regional Authority Federal Co-Chair Corey Wiggins in Alabama earlier this week. Director Boswell joined him for a tour of several communities in west Alabama including Reform, Gordo, Carrollton, York and The University of West Alabama in Livingston. The DRA is a longtime partner on projects to improve the quality of life in Alabama's Black Belt region.
