Hide and Seek
I found this little lady at my local antique store (which is, unfortunately closing it's doors for good this month after several decades). It's quit a unique pose for the time. It makes me wonder if the trunk belonged to the photographer or the little girl's family. I imagine she was quite a spritely little imp, just going off the pose and her sweet expression. There isn't any writing on the reverse. It looks as if it was once glued into a photo album, but was taken out at some point. It's a shame to think her name might have been lost in the process.
