Guess how I did that!

 

Very simple!

 

1. Take a DVD

2. Coat it with a layer of a thin (less viscous) oil

3. Wipe it clean with a tissue to remove the excess oil

4. Sprinkle droplets of clean water

5. Grab your camera and have fun now
