Clarins needed an experience would help deliver skincare advice to millennials. The solution had to be mobile-first, and showcase the Clarins brand DNA.

 

‘My Beauty Consultation’ provides audiences with their skincare routine recommendations according to their needs and lifestyle. Their skin profile is determined through a series of questions, which they can filter based on whether they want essentials or a full routine.

 

The new service was developed through a series of design sprints with the Clarins brand and feedback gathered from real users.
