Go to San Francisco's Chinatown to see the Happy Happy Happy guy. He's standing at one of the corners repeating "Happy Happy Happy! You have nice mommy and daddy!" and holding his mysterious signs that speak of world conspiracy. In the afternoon, you can meet him on his walk home (?) in downtown Berkley. Happy Happy Happy!
