Is this meat ok to eat?

This is "beef eye of round steak" from Safeway here in San Francisco. It was in the car for 25 minutes (from grocery to home)

 

I put it in the freezer for 4 hours and then defrosted for 10 minutes in the microwave.

 

There is some brown spots and some shininess to it. Is this ok to eat????
