Melbourne Mansion built in 1910, demolished in 1960s.

The following information from walkingmelbourne.com:

One of Melbournes best examples of Art Noveau architecture, the Melbourne mansions was one of Melbournes first apartment highrises built at the turn of the century at the Paris end of Collins Street. The curvy prodruding and recessed balconies and balustrades are accompanied by bay windows and an unusual crowning feature whilst the base was treated with neo-classical rustication.

The Melbourne Mansions apartments were demolished in the 1960s to make way for the plaza of the Rio Tinto CRA building.
