Dusy View From The Boat
A view from our boat, looking North towards our destination at the Dusy Meadow campground. This is Courtright Reservoir, in Eastern Fresno County, California. The elevation of the water you see, is listed as 8,170 feet. The domes you see, are left over from the glacier age.The famous Dusy-Ershim 4WD trail cuts across the picture from left to right, among the trees.
This area is, of course, under snow in the winter. I have played in my "back yard", since 1984.
