elBulli - During the summer Somerset House hosted a major retrospective exhibition on the seminal restaurant elBulli and it's creator Ferran Adrià. Widely regarded as the world best restaurant the exhibition displayed a behind the scenes look at the restaurant, it's chef and his laboratory kitchens where he created his masterpieces.
Working with Studio Emmi we produced and installed a wide variety of digital print and cut vinyl, the following photos show a small taste of some of the work.
