Yoga Teacher Training Course - 1

' , also known as in Sanskrit, is a resting yoga pose often used as a counter pose after more active yoga postures. This pose is done by kneeling on the floor with the knees spread hip-width apart, the big toes touching, and the hips resting on the heels. The torso is then draped over the thighs and the forehead rests on the floor. The arms can be stretched out in front of the body or extended back alongside the legs with the palms facing up.
