One Flash, One Chance.

Once again, I found myself at Kamiak Butte without a camera. I should learn by now, do not leave the Nikon at home. Ever.

Fortunately, there was still something to be seen after I got home, grabbed the camera, and drove up to the local High School.

Pullman lightning storms tend to be relatively subdued affairs. We get some rain, a lot of light and a fair bit of noise. Tornado's are rare and the hail stays reasonably small.

Still, they are the prettiest of weather. Especially just after the sun dips below the horizon.
