...an example of the deterioration in my hygiene, concomitant with the stress of major project deadlines. at such times, my only sustenance consists of coffee, fruit drinks, and cheap order-in foods that get re-heated, none of which get tidied up immediately… in the sweltering cesspool that is the Guangzhou urban environments, such practices are major health risks.
