Puppy Power
We were out snowshoeing on the slopes of Mt. Hood when I saw this threesome trudging up the hill in skis. Well, I should say one was trudging, one was being pulled, and one seemingly had unlimited energy to power up the hill.....puppy power.
Not sure if the little pup saw me or heard the audible clomp of my Hasselblad mirror, but over he came to say hello. Apparently this was his first time on the mountain and in the snow in general. He wasn't responding to voice commands all that well, but I don't blame him, he just wanted to see it all.
Maybe 45 minutes later, I saw this same trio bombing down the mountain, same pup leading the way. I didn't have time to grab my camera and capture them on the way down, but I got this one on the way up. A cool shot of the three of them set against the snow, overcast skies, and the trees in the distance.
