Spring Variety
With a wide range of elevations, Oregon has some amazing variety when it comes to the spring bloom. A few weeks back the cherry blossoms in Portland hit their peak and last weekend Hood River and the surrounding fruit farms put on a floral show.
As if the stunning mountain fews, blooming trees, and beautiful weather weren't enough....we were also lucky to head out there during the annual artist studio tour weekend with 40+ artists opening their homes/studios to the public. We visited a local painter, pottery and glass artists, and two photographers. There's a great community of artists out in those parts....to go along with all of the natural beauty.
