The Kingfisher
It's the season of almost daily morning mists rising from the lake, the water warmer than the air temperature. While shooting this, I wasn't even aware of the presence of the dot in the upper left which upon closer inspection turned out to be a kingfisher upon his morning rounds. Surprisingly, if you use the magnifier you'll see it is an almost perfect silhouette of this frequent companion in my circuits around the lake. Since this is about as close as I get to these very skittish birds, I deemed him worthy of the title...;-)
