winged world - clockwork Pilot necklace

This striking brass winged steampunk necklace features a wonderful set of brass wings. Once upon a time it was a military badge of some kind - made of a very sturdy brass. Now it has been transformed.

 

Usually I don't shoot stuff on black. If you cruise through my esty shop it mostly is plain backgrounds - but yesterday the light seemed Just Right. I shot this on velvet.

 

I suspect the main reason I don't shoot on black is because i can never get it clean enough.
