Flying Insect: a Steampunk Pendant

My flying insect. So far my favorite piece I think. I won't be selling it for a while - a promise I made not to get rid of it immediately.

 

The wings are lovely vintage brass pieces. I might have one more set left.. or not. The drop is, I believe, Peridot set in sterling silver. The shape worked best with this Steampunk Insect... suggesting beauty and danger. :D A beautiful, dangerous clockwork insect.

 

I'll upload another shot with the wings open.
