amethyst gears steampunk gear earrings

These are very simple and yet i think they work. The top wheels are very silver and even the bottom ones too. They tend to swing well.

 

I had bought some great amethyst beads about 8yrs ago and made myself a necklace with some of them. I'm not sure what I've done with the rest but I took the necklace yesterday for the beads. The purple is just beautiful... a very rich colour that is difficult to get.
