From the "Two Storey Homes" plan book by architect J.W. Lindstrom. We used to live next door to this house and were always saddened by how run down it was (the owner wasn't maintaining it at all). It's currently being featured on the show Rehab Addict, and looks great! We found this copy of Lindstrom's book online from a place in Australia, and the original owner actually wrote on this page "I like this." The plan book also had the floor plans for each house, but I'm not posting those...
