We made lobster for New Year's Eve dinner this year for the first time. And we went for the apparently more-humane method of dispatching them. Alex made me do the dirty work. But the way I figure it, if you're going to eat meat, you should at least have to kill it occasionally, right? This is as far as I'll go with that, though, thank you.
