On the back: "Nelson Drug Store and my car by dan and mary 1971" I think it was my aunt Molly's car - I remember riding in one just like it with her.
My grandpa's drug store in Richfield, Minnesota at 66th and Lyndale. This would have been taken right around the time he retired and sold the store. There's a K-Mart here now..... grrrrrrr......
