Lunchtime

Everytime i look at this shot and my previous one, i can't help but marvel at the incredible detail produced by the Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 L Macro IS USM. Im longing to get out there and use it again :) Although i have one other shot of Tippy here, im not sure if i'll upload it as its a similar pose to the previous shot. I haven't quite decided yet. But i hope you all like this one :)

 

My trip to Harbury Spoilbank on Wednesday went fantastically well. Despite not seeing much diversity, 3 Grizzled Skippers decided to grace me with their presence :D To say i was chuffed would be an understatement. I got a couple of nice photos which i may upload but i want to try and get something better when i go back on Monday. Im hoping they'll be out at Ryton Wood Meadows by then so i might have a chance at getting some roosters. I've also been keeping a keen eye open for the Dingy's and Green Hairstreak's but no luck yet. Watch this space!
