Nature finds a Way
Hardy perennials exploiting the usual loopholes...
It's a continuing theme in my photos, that despite mankind's greatest efforts, biota will always find some method of exploiting our weaknesses. In this case, the ubiquitous Buddleia, and some ferns and other damp-loving plants have utilised the shady side of an old engine shed at Amberley Railway station, abetted by a leaking drainpipe, which created a nice damp wall for them to grow on.
