what was in our box you ask...

rocket salad

blue wind broccoli

beets

radishes

kohlrabi (from the cabbage family::new to me)

bib lettuce

oh dinner was fab this week

papi really came through

the beets and bib lettuce are for sunday

but tonight papi tossed together a slaw

(if i may) that was to die for

and who could disagree

with fresh rocket salad

for sure not mama and me neither
