Great things occur when you take small steps. I want to focus more on growing myself more as an artist, as a creator and in doing so, bring more opportunity and room for inspiration in my life.
In 2014, I graduated high school, which was something I had been looking forward to for the duration of my younger years, especially when I picked up a camera, I felt that school had held me back so much from achieving greatness. My biggest goal for the year was to make more time to focus on photography, and the first opportunity presented itself to me when I quit the jobs I was working that were consuming the most of my time, leaving me more time to create artworks and now rely on my photography to bring me my income.
This year I am doing Bible College and I will be dealing with some tough times, emotionally, spiritually and even physically. But just like my 365 was, and my other projects have been, this 52 week will be my outlet. It will be somewhere I can freely create and somewhere I can imagine my own worlds and stories.
I am excited for what this new season of my life will bring.
