Transition
In November 2015, we bought some property to build a new home. In February 2018, we finished the blueprint design. So we were in a transition to get our builder of choice to prepare a bid. We received the bid, negotiated a bit and then decided April 29th, 2019 that we were not going to build. I called the vendor on the 30th and let him know our plans and that I would recommend them to family & friends who are interested in building. We love where we live and our home so the transition changed. Chances are we will update our home over the next few years and let this be our last address.
