Fitbit - Low Step Day
This was late Wednesday night and I had not even completed 4,000 steps in a 10,000 step day. Sometimes it just does not happen when I have a lot of sitting tasks.
For Christmas 2015, my son bought me a collection of Fitbit bands. Love them.
