Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force James A. Cody visited Travis AFB,
Calif., July 9-11, 2014. During his tour of the 60th Air Mobility Wing, 621st Contingency Response Wing and the 349th Air Mobility Wing, Cody discussed improvements of the enlisted performance reports, and the important role frontline supervisors' have in making the evaluation process one that helps all Airmen meet their potential. Additionally, Cody emphasized that in 2015 the U.S. Air Force will have fewer Airmen than it has since 1947, making dedication, innovation and strong leadership more important than ever.
