Travis AFB CA: Volunteers from Travis put make up to corespond with injuries they received during a simulated plane crash. The scenario included two F-16 Thunderbird jets crashing during an air show at Travis AFB, CA. Over sixty injuries and fatalities occurred with majority of them happening when one plane crashed near a crowd of onlookers outside the south gate. First responders from Travis A.F.B., Solano County and at least five local municipalities orchestrated first aid and transportation of the casualties to David Grant Medical Center and local hospitals and trauma centers.
