Dabbling Teal Pair
A pair of teal feeding in the stubble of recently cleared reeds in front of the Inner Marsh Farm hide at Burton Mere Wetlands. The male on the right is in eclipse but still has a flash of blue-green under his wing. Like this he's far less likely to catch the eye of a passing peregrine and there has been a lot of them over IMF this year.
