Great Orme Summit

The total experience of many visitors to the summit is a two-way trip on the tram and refreshment in the Complex. This is a pity, because the Orme has so much more to offer with relatively easy well-formed paths that quickly reach the limestone flora and fauna.
On this visit to Llandudno I had my first trip on the tram for over 50 years - usually we walk up through Happy Valley but age creeps on! However, we did have a delightful walk circumnavigating the summit followed by a civilised descent to the West Shore.
